1. Our Rights – We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 2. Your Rights – Your stay at our salon is important to us. If you would like to try another nail technician, please let us know. All of our technicians would be glad to accommodate you. 3. Payment – We accept most major credit cards & debit cards, with a minimum $10 purchase. No personal checks accepted. 4. Gift Cards – Give the gift of luxury. A memorable way to celebrate any occasion, any time of the year. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift certificates are treated as cash, and therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. 5. Gratuity – Prices do not include gratuities. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Gratuity can be added to credit / debit card payment, cash appreciated. 6. Sanitation & Disinfection – Proper sanitation is the utmost importance here at Ducí Nails. All metal implements are sterilized in hospital grade AUTOCLAVE for a minimum of 20 minutes & sealed in a pouch until next use. 7. Communication – If you are ever uncomfortable during a treatment with the temperature, pressure, lighting, or scent, please let us know. We want your experience to be enjoyable. 8. Skin Conditions – If you have any skin conditions such as sunburn, rashes, or fungus please notify the manicurist. 9. Medical Conditions & Special Needs – Prior to receiving your services, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries, allergies or disablilities. This will help customize your service to ensure the highest satisfaction and benefits. 10. Cellular Devices – In order to achieve a serene and relaxing atmosphere, please silence all cellular devices and keep all phone calls to a minimum. 11. Appointments – Although we do take walk-ins, booking appointments in advance is recommended to ensure your preferred date and time. Credit card is required for reservations of parties of 5 or more. 12. Children – We love children. However, we use many chemicals and sharp implements and do not want anyone to be injured while visiting Ducí Nails, especially a child. Children should only be in the salon if they are receiving a service and must be supervised at all times. If you must bring your child with you, children must be seated in the waiting area at all times. 13. Nail Enhancement – We love what we do and guarantee our nail enhancement services for 3 days. In the event you lose a nail or lifting occurs within the first 3 days, we will repair it free of charge. This guarantee applies only to clients who use our services and not from another salon. 14. Gel Manicure – Our gel manicure & gel polish services are guaranteed for 5 days. In the event the gel polish lifts within the first 5 days, we will re-polish it once, free of charge. 15. Property Damage – We are not responsible for any personal properties that are damaged, lost or stolen, or left behind. 16. Refund Policy – A refund cannot be given on any products or services. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please let us know and another technician would be glad to accommodate you. All items purchased are final and non-returnable. 17. Pricing Policy – all prices quoted are subject to change without notice. 18. Pets – Pets are prohibited, except certified support animals.
